Ford Adjustable Radius Arms, 2005–2022 Super Duty F-250/F-350/F-450, 8–13 in. Lift
2005–2022 Ford Super Duty Adjustable Radius Arms | 8"–13" Lift – F-250 / F-350 / F-450 – USA-Made
Restore Proper Caster. Center Your Axle. Eliminate Tire Rub on Serious Lifts.
Running 8" to 13" of lift on your 2005–2022 Ford F-250, F-350, or F-450 Super Duty? At that height, factory radius arms simply can’t maintain correct steering geometry — and the result is dangerous wander, off-center axle placement, and tire rub. Apoc Industries Adjustable Radius Arms are precision-built in East Tennessee from heavy-duty DOM tubing, giving you the length and adjustability needed to bring caster back into spec, re-center your axle in the fender wells, and restore confident, stable handling — even on the most aggressive builds.
⚠️ 4WD Only — Will NOT Fit 2WD Models

Why You Need Adjustable Radius Arms at 8"+
Ford’s solid front axle has no factory caster adjustment. At stock height this isn’t an issue — but once you add significant lift, caster is dramatically reduced and the axle shifts forward out of center. At 8"–13" of lift, the symptoms become serious:
- Severe steering wander at highway speeds
- Loss of steering returnability — the wheel won’t self-center
- Heavy tire rub when turning — especially with larger tires
- Axle shift — the front axle moves forward and sits off-center in the fender wells
- Accelerated and uneven front tire wear
Adjustable radius arms are the correct fix — not a workaround. They allow you to re-establish proper caster angle and re-center the axle, something cam bolts alone cannot address at this lift height. Wider wheels with aggressive offset will feel the effects of poor caster even more, making this upgrade critical for any serious build.
Important: Always set arm length to match your specific lift size. If you’re unsure of your exact lift measurement, contact your lift kit manufacturer to verify before setting arm length. A professional front-end alignment is strongly recommended after installation.

Ford Super Duty Radius Arm — Common Questions
FAQ
Have questions about our Ford Super Duty Adjustable Radius Arms? Find answers to the most common fitment, installation, and technical questions below.
Will this help my steering after adding a leveling kit?
Yes, absolutely. When you add a leveling kit to a 2005–2022 Ford Super Duty, the factory radius arms have no way to compensate for the loss of caster angle — which leads to wandering, pulling, and poor returnability. Our adjustable radius arms restore proper caster geometry, giving you confident, straight-tracking steering and dramatically improved highway feel.
Will this help with tire rub?
Yes, in most cases it will reduce or completely eliminate tire rub. On this vehicle setup, tire rub is usually caused by the tire contacting the rear lower fender well at the pinch weld. By allowing you to push the front axle forward approximately 1/2" to 3/4", you gain critical clearance in that area. Results will vary depending on tire size, wheel backspacing, and offset — but these radius arms are one of the most effective fixes for rub on leveled and lifted Super Dutys.
What is the cam bolt adjustment used for?
The cam bolt gives you precise, on-vehicle caster adjustment without swapping parts. After installing your lift or leveling kit, you simply rotate the cam bolt to dial in your ideal caster angle. Correct caster is essential for stable straight-line tracking, proper steering returnability, and reducing stress on your front end components — all of which suffer when a lifted truck runs factory-length, non-adjustable arms.
How much lift does this radius arm work with?
The stock height is 6" of lift. These radius arms are designed to restore the caster angle and axle position compromised when lifting the front end, making them an essential upgrade when the factory arms can no longer maintain proper geometry.
Why does the radius arm use a flex joint at the frame mount?
Our radius arms use a flex joint at the frame mount to maximize articulation — whether you're tackling technical off-road terrain, overlanding trails, or the daily punishment of unpaved job site roads. Unlike a rubber bushing, which limits range of motion and can bind under flex, a flex joint allows full, unrestricted articulation without sacrificing durability or geometry. The result is better axle movement, reduced bind, and a more capable suspension under real-world conditions.
