Our premium Ford F-450 F-550 Leveling Kit delivers an instant 2", 2.5", 3", or 3.5" front lift using precision-engineered coil spacers. ⚠️ 4WD Only — Will NOT Fit 2WD Models
Why Choose Apoc Industries Super Duty Leveling Kit?
- Perfect Level Stance: Corrects the factory rake for a balanced, aggressive look that turns heads on the road or trail.
- More Tire Clearance: Run up to 33" tires with minimal rubbing — ideal for larger all-terrain or mud-terrain tires.
- Bolt-On Simplicity: Fully compatible with factory suspension, steering, and radius arms. No cutting, welding, or major modifications required (except minor trim on 2" option).
- Built Tough in the USA: CNC-cut steel construction handles the heavy-duty demands of F-450 and F-550 trucks.
- Easy DIY Install: Most owners complete the job in 1–2 hours with basic hand tools, a jack, and stands. Includes all necessary hardware.
Important Fitment Note: Cutting/trimming of the upper coil spring centering nub is required on the 2" leveling kit only for proper fitment. The 2.5", 3", and 3.5" options are direct bolt-on with no cutting needed.
⚠️ Caster & Steering: What Every Super Duty Owner Needs to Know
Any time you level an F-450 or F-550, you are changing the front suspension geometry — and that directly affects caster angle. The factory caster is calibrated for the nose-down rake. Once you level the truck, caster is pulled in a negative direction, which can cause:
- Wandering or loose steering feel at highway speeds
- Reduced steering returnability — the wheel may not self-center as well
- Accelerated front tire wear
- Vibration or shimmy in some cases
Unlike some other platforms, Ford does not provide a factory caster adjustment on the solid front axle. This means any increase in front height will reduce caster and can result in more steering wander than before. Wider wheels with aggressive offset will feel the effects more than factory-offset wheels.
The best solutions to restore caster are adjustable radius arms or radius arm drop brackets — both of which bring caster back into spec and significantly improve steering feel after leveling. A front-end alignment is strongly recommended after any leveling kit installation.
