Sinister Diesel Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit for 2008–2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke

Upgrade both sides of your 6.4L Powerstroke’s charge-air system with Sinister Diesel’s intercooler charge pipe kit. Precision mandrel-bent 3-inch tubing provides a smooth airflow path from the turbocharger to the intercooler and from the intercooler to the intake, while the high-gloss Sinister Blue finish gives your engine bay a clean, coordinated look.

Built for airflow and durability

• 6061 aluminum alloy: TIG-welded charge pipes built for durability.
• 3-inch mandrel-bent tubing: Smooth bends and a larger-diameter design intended to improve airflow. Sinister Diesel describes the kit as supporting improved power and lower exhaust gas temperatures; specific gains are not provided.
• 4-ply silicone boots: Rated up to 400 psi by the manufacturer. This rating applies to the boots, not a recommended operating boost pressure.
• Stainless steel spring clamps: Included to help maintain a reliable seal at the boot connections.
• High-gloss Sinister Blue powder coat: Adds protection and a distinctive under-hood finish.
