Built with a Type II anodized aluminum body, this shock efficiently dissipates heat while resisting corrosion for long-term durability. The internal floating piston (IFP) design separates shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen, preventing aeration and optimizing consistent damping performance.

Fox’s Hydraulic Top-Out (HTO) technology provides position-sensitive rebound control, reducing harsh top-outs and improving overall ride comfort. By forcing oil through a secondary shim stack, HTO slows shock shaft speed at full extension—making it especially beneficial for vehicles running heavier tires or lift setups beyond factory specifications.
