2003–2018 Ram 2500/3500 4WD Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Spring Kit
When you’re towing heavy loads, hauling large payloads, or using a 5th-wheel or gooseneck hitch, this kit provides the support your truck needs to stay level, stable, and in control. By installing this kit, your truck will maintain a more level stance under load, improving headlight aim, reducing front-end lift, improving braking and steering stability, and minimizing rear-end sag. The large air springs allow for a broader range of adjustment—from lightly-loaded to maximum payload scenarios—all while maintaining ride comfort. This combination of strength, flexibility, and performance ensures a safer, smoother driving experience, even when your truck is working at its limits.
Note: Fits single rear wheel (SRW) and dual rear wheel (DRW) models. Will fit all models without a fifth-wheel hitch and will also fit most side mount fifth-wheel hitch applications. Does not fit cab & chassis applications. Fits factory in-bed hitch system.
