Upgrade your Ford Super Duty’s exhaust with the aFe Power ATLAS™ 49-03092-P performance exhaust system. Built with 4" mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing and precision hand MIG welding, this DPF-back system dramatically improves exhaust flow for stronger horsepower, torque gains, and reduced exhaust gas temperatures. Smooth transition bends and a mitered merge collector minimize turbulence, while OE-style band clamps and bayonet hangers ensure secure, leak-free installation using factory mounting points. Finished with dual 5" polished stainless-steel intercooled clamp-on tips and a laser-cut aFe Power logo plate, this exhaust delivers an aggressive look and powerful sound without sacrificing durability or fitment quality. Designed specifically for compatibility with 2017–2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 6.7L Power Stroke diesels, it’s a bolt-on upgrade tailored for performance enthusiasts

Flow and Performance:
This ATLAS exhaust system is 100% hand MIG-welded and Constructed from 4" mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing for maximum flow. The smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT's. A mitered merge collector is also incorporated to eliminate dead space that can cause turbulence and hinder flow.

Perfect Fit:
This system uses all factory mounting locations providing stability. Includes OE-style bayonet hangers which are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE-style fit that does not change with time. Some cutting maybe required during install. 5" Angle-Cut Rolled Edge Polished Intercooled Clamp-On Tips:
Finishing off the exhaust are dual side exit 5" stainless steel intercooled clamp-on tips with a polished finish. A unique laser-cut aFe Power logo black powder-coated plate is riveted on for an aggressive style.
