aFe Power ATLAS™ 4” DPF-Back Exhaust System 

Upgrade your Ford Super Duty with the aFe Power ATLAS™ 4” DPF-Back Exhaust System, engineered to improve exhaust flow, reduce backpressure, and enhance overall diesel performance. This system is constructed from mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing to promote smooth airflow while maintaining long-term durability under demanding conditions.

Designed to deliver a deep, authoritative exhaust tone without excessive drone, the ATLAS™ exhaust improves throttle response and helps lower exhaust gas temperatures. Dual side-exit 5” matte-black stainless steel clamp-on tips with laser-cut aFe Power logo plates provide an aggressive, high-end appearance to match the performance gains.

The system utilizes OE-style bayonet hangers and high-quality band clamps for a secure, leak-free installation using factory mounting locations. No cutting or welding is required, making this a straightforward bolt-on upgrade for diesel Super Duty owners looking for improved performance and sound

Flow and Performance:
This ATLAS exhaust system is 100% hand MIG-welded and Constructed from 4" mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing for maximum flow. The smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT's. A mitered merge collector is also incorporated to eliminate dead space that can cause turbulence and hinder flow.

Perfect Fit:
This system uses all factory mounting locations providing stability. Includes OE-style bayonet hangers which are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE-style fit that does not change with time. Some cutting maybe required during install. 5" Angle-Cut Rolled Edge Matte-Black intercooled Clamp-On Tips:
Finishing off the exhaust are dual side exit 5" stainless steel intercooled clamp-on tips with a matte-black finish. A unique laser-cut aFe Power logo plate is riveted on for an aggressive style.
